Happy Trip
We only had a week in the area and Thomas was so helpful with arranging all of our tours. We did end up staying 2 nights at the 'Sister' hotel, Boutique. It was very simple, but I actually enjoyed the area in the local market. Thank you all for making our Hanoi and Northern Vietnam experience so nice and easy!!! Melissa and Johnny

Recommended for couples or solo travellers!
This hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the multitude of cafes, bars and restaurants that make up the central part of the Old Quarter. Lake Hoan Hiem and many other attractions are a stone’s throw away, too. Warm, helpful staff make this a very easy stay and the breakfast is pretty good. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay at Hanoi Traveller House. We couldn't hope for better accommodation in Hanoi. The main reason is the staff, especially Thomas who helped us plan our trip in Vietnam. We recommend to ask his advise if you are planning a tour to Ha Long Bay or if you need transportation. The hotel location is very convenient, situated in the Old Quarter, close to many restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. Good value for the money. Highly recommended! P.S. Initially we booked 4 nights but ended up 6.

Great price quiet back rooms
Price of our 8 days & stay were great. Breakfast station, clean linen every day & Thomas the owner, his help with taxis tour to Halong Bay all cheaper than travel shops so they sorted it all for us. Back rooms quiet with is hard to find in Vietnam cities.

Decent place in Hanoi
It was very comfortable and clean. The room was a twin, so it was very spacious for one person. There was a bathtub as well, which is rare in Asia. The bed was comfortable, and there was a small balcony. There was some drilling outside, from the neighbours but this wasn’t too bad, and didn’t start too early.

Very nice building in need of some care now. My room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed including A.C. which could be used to heat the room. Good location in the old quarter. Breakfast was included, however I didn't get a chance to try it as I had to leave before 7am.
