I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN IF I COME BACK TO HANOI. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE, SO FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING! WE FELT SO WELCOME AND TAKEN CARE OF. THEY ANTICIPATE EVERYTHING FOR YOU. THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS AND CLEAN, THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING. THE LOCATION IS RIGHT IN THE CENTER OF OLD TOWN. THEY CAN ARRANGE TOURS, TICKETS, TAXIS, JUST EVERYTHING. THE ROOF TOP BAR AND RESTAURANT IS GREAT, ALSO THE RESTAURANT ON THE MAIN FLOOR SERVING TYPICAL FOOD. I DIDN’T GET ALL THE NAMES OF EVERYONE WORKING AT THE HOTEL, THEY WERE ALL SO GREAT, BUT LING WHO GREETED US UPON ARRIVING WITH A DRINK AND DESSERT WAS SO KIND AND GRACIOUS, AND ALSO RYAN WHO PURCHASED OUR WATER PUPPET THEATRE TICKETS. Great Hotel in good location.
Great Hotel in good location. Was wondering why check in was taking so long. As we were seated with a welcome drink i has to take a phone call and realised they were being courteous. We also left early after breakfast for our trip to Ha Long bay were given a bottle of water and coffee and filter as a gift.

Will be my go to hotel in Hanoi
The two best things of this hotel are the location and the staff. Ryan was very communicative since I booked the hotel. He helped me arranged transport from and to the airport as well. At the hotel, all the staff were very courteous (Liam & Eddy especially). They were very serving to my family & wanted to make sure we have the best time. The hotel itself is not the newest, nor the most luxurious, but the cleaning staff was fantastic. Room was spotless all the time! We had a few issues during the first night stay - power outlets not working and AC wasn’t blowing cold air in one of the rooms, but the staff took care of it right away! Location wise, you can’t beat its proximity to Hoan Kim Lake and Old Quarter. Very easy to walk around to/from the hotel.

The staff at this hotel made our first night in vietnam wonderful! It really meant a lot to be welcomed so nicely and breakfast the next day was superb! Also the guys at the upstairs bar were the best! Can't say enough good things about our stay there. Wish we could've stayed there the rest of our time in hanoi.
