Perfect stay in Old Quarter Hanoi
We really enjoyed our stay at the L'Hotel du Lac Hanoi. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was perfectly located near all the tourist destinations. We loved the breakfast each morning and that we could order specific dishes from the menu (local and western) as well as freely take from the buffet. I recommend the Bun Cha. We were also able to use the spa services which were excellent. We booked for a group of 6 just a hour before and they were able to accommodate us. Prices are competitive and facilities excellent. We also want to highlight the excellent staff who were very attentive and greeted us each time we retuned the hotel. We also wanted to highlight Mary (the concierge) who was very resourceful and helped us with many great recommendations for dining and attractions. Thanks!

Best HOTEL Hanoi
Great hotel with great and warm staff The skybar is great and overlooks the city also the spa services were great. And again the staff is always there for you in the lobby. I was in 2 rooms, the sunset suite and the junior suite both were great and comfortable. If I ever come back to. HANOI I'll stay here!

A very friendly and warm place in Hanoi.
A very happy experience due to an awesome friendly team of hospitality. They facilitated even after check out day on return from Halong bay in letting me have a shower and change before catching flight next day.
