"Looks great but desperately needs a customer experience manager if the hotel ever wanted to attract Aussies/Kiwis. The room aircon can’t be set less than 22° and the room stays at 23°. Staff are generally not proactive and English language is very basic. However the beach, the gym and the guys at the pool are great. Even at half the price of the neighbouring resorts, not sure I would recommend. "
