The perfect hotel in Hanoi
We loved our stay at the Meritel! This hotel is clean, modern and well located. The rooftop pool and bar area is awesome. The pool area is a bit small but we were lucky and managed to have it to ourselves most of the time. We had read that the rooms facing Old Quarter have a bit of road noise. Other people we travelled with had rooms that didn’t face the road and were quieter. But we had a beautiful balcony and aspect, so we didn’t mind. We didn’t get a chance to try the cocktails at the rooftop bar but the breakfast was great and well priced. We loved the spring rolls too. We will definitely be back!

Ideal for exploring Hanoi with Luxury
This hotel is fantastic. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town and the markets, all in walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful and very Luxury feeling. Breakfast is great with a huge selection of food items and drinks. Bedrooms are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Super comfy beds, lovely shower ans great options on the TV for entertainment. The staff are excellent too - James who greeted us was fantastic and provided a huge amount of information for us about what we wanted to do, it meant we didn't have to think about how to spend our time. Miley was also fantastic on check out and took time to help us get to the airport. The spa is great (but pricey) but a really nice experience and so is the pool/gym facilities. We didn't try the restaurants or the bar but they both look beautiful. Would definitely recommend 🌟
