Place is very spacious and very clean. Staffs were very helping and kind. But, kitchen utensils were not enough for cooking so I asked many times to fulfill those, and power was gone because lack of money in pre-paid stima machine. The staffs were manage to fill the lacks....but the amenities and facilities were not quite ready before we come.

Very bad experience. had to wait 30min to get a room which turned out to be a run down room with a broken down bathroom, no glasses, internet and general condition of room really bad. support was not forthcoming. Very disappointed with the service, amenities and hospitality.

Clean, spacious, nice choice in Nairobi
Good choice for Nairobi. Some nearby construction and road noise, depending on the unit. I was using the suite for meetings, which worked great. Unfortunately due to a client cancellation, I tried to cancel one night, after having been there for many days. It was a non-refundable rate, but I asked for the courtesy of a refund and Myra denied this, which shows in my view that they need to improve their customer service approach.

I booked 2 units so that my family could rest and relax in two apartments before our overseas trip later that night. Front desk was unaware of pending arrival and when they found our reservation, insisted that I provide proof of payment to Expedia. The TVs were not connected to any cable channels and after 2-hours of their tech person trying to resolve the issue, he never came back. We did not have gas to cook with at first and they brought it after we informed them. The hot water heater works, but you have to wait about 2-hours before the next person can get hot water also. Internet service was slower than dial-up and we just gave up on it. We lost power (electricity) about 3-times and in one of the units it took them 1-hour to refill the prepaid power. The elevator is not covered by their backup power so taking the elevator was very risky. Overall I didn't get what I paid for and I will never stay with them again. Buyer beware because we spent a good 2 hours just trying to get the basic amenities listed on their Expedia listing.
