"Great place for us to stay on our first family trip to Kenya. Good area to use as a base when exploring Nairobi before moving on to safaris. Shopping centres close by, restaurants etc. within walking distance and easy when taking a taxi to/from other parts of the city. Used the rooftop pool and sundeck quite a lot as well. Staff was helpful. We stayed at the start of our trip and decided to book it for the last night of our trip as well. "

"Convenient location, walk to shopping and dining. It is great that they have an in house restaurant, open 24 hrs a day. After a long daytrip, so good to eat before going up to your room to rest. My room was a one bedroom with a small refrigerator. The bathroom was large. The staff was very friendly. Lots of security for safety."

"Friendly helpful staff. Very good location next door to Westgate Mall and about 3 blocks from Sarit Center Mall so excellent access to shopping and IT support like SIM cards. Room was ok - firm king size bed but rather sparse for furniture but staying in the room was not the priority of the visit. Breakfast was good - à la cart for my first three mornings but buffet for the forth morning. Sadly they had no yogurt available (despite being on the options card) but the coffee was very good. Helpful...

"The perfect place for a short or long stay in Nairobi. Apartments are cozy and spacious, comfortable and clean. Jessie was warm, communicative, and helped out with whatever I needed, as were other staff. Location is perfect, it was extremely convenient that Sarit Centre is down the block, with groceries and absolutely anything else you might need. The pool was a nice treat, I loved my daily evening swim before sunset. "

"Stayed for 10 nights with my girlfriend and the experience couldn’t have been better. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is top class with extensive menu and well appointed. It is centrally located within a short walking distance of The Sarit Centre, Kenya National Museum and Reptile Centre, Westlands Market along with many Restaurants, Bars and Clubs. The hotel had activities every night including Karaoke, Arts & Crafts all done professionally and tastefully....

"Decent rooms. OK TV channels. NICE gym. Great pool (gets a lot of local school swimming classes.) Super outside areas .. you're in your own beautiful garden within the city. Walk across the street to Sangrit Mall. Quick travel from airport and into West Nairobi via freeway. Good food and prices. Room price can't be beat compared to other similar options "

"Honestly, the location is just perfect—couldn't ask for better! The rooftop restaurant is a real gem, the views are absolutely stunning. Grabbed a coffee there every morning and it was always spot on, food was great too. Definitely coming back here next time!"

"The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally accommodating with our requests and made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was good as well as there were a lot of different food to choose from. The hotel is next to a Carrefour and shopping malls. Perfect for those looking to stay in Nairobi."

"Excellent price for the place including breakfast. Biggest issue was there is no screen on the window and no netting so got bit all night long from mosquitos. Had to close the widow but with no AC or fan was very hot. Also killed two cockroaches."

"Great stay at Crossroads Hotel. Friendly check-in staff and a clean room, with secure parking and AC included. The price was good for the area. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, and it’s very walkable to Sarit and around Westlands. I asked to move to a quieter room and the staff accommodated it right away. I didn’t have any meals, so I can’t comment on the food. Overall, a good experience."
