    I booked this place to stay with my fiancé, upon arriving at the 'destination' I was looking for the apartment for 45 mins only to be told (when I called) that I need to verify my identity. I did not receive a call or an email prior to my check in for this. The agent wanted to check I won't be having a party/ I was just staying as a couple, which was fine as he is just doing his job but he could not stop expressing this more than 5 times and being frustrated from looking for the apartment for 45 mins in the rain and cold, I asked if he could just run me through the check-in process but it seemed like he wanted to have an argument and debate. spoke in a very disgusting manner, swearing and telling me to go to another apartment. He was extremely unprofessional and very unpleasant to deal with. He hung up on me and was very rude and abrupt because he knew I needed a place to stay and took advantage. The reason for his difficulty, I quote his exact words. 'People with your name have a common problem in throwing parties and trashing the place and vomiting all over especially within your age group'. He discriminated against my age and race. He asked me for a largetransfer to a private bank account for the deposit, I said no at this point because on the check-in information it said that I pay a smaller on-site and did not feel comfortable with his recommendation. My experience here was very stressful to say the least, I have never ever experienced poor customer servi

    3rd time staying here and I gotta say I will no longer go anywhere else for a property. These guys go the extra mile to make sure you have a good stay and all your needs are met. Great communication skills as well to make sure my check in is smooth and checking out is just as easy. Again the secure parking was very good and the apartment is what you would expect in your modern apartment.

    Good spacious clean apartment

    A large two bed, one with en suite apartment with excellent facilities, I would recommend for more than one night stay, You have to send a deposit of £150.00 before they tell you how to access the keys but if you don`t mind that then its well worth booking. Tesco express near by and restaurants by river, car park space for £20.00 charge

    A great location. The check in process a bit clumsy with having to collect the keys from nearby restaurant, but the property in a great central location near the DLR and walking distance from Canary Wharf. Would definitely book again. Recommend just park.com to reserve nearby space if you have a car

    Good value for money

    I didn't really like the fact that I had to send a photocopy of my driving license by text message to a man that phoned me asking for confirmation of my identity in order to be provided with the key collection details, but overall everything was fine and this is probably the only criticism I can make, especially in light of the price. I was texted the property details and given very clear instructions about how to collect the keys, which I was able to do very easily, and check-out instructions. Finding the property was easy enough using Google Maps, being only a 15 minute walk from Canary Wharf tube station. The property itself was a small studio flat, which suited what I needed and was spotlessly clean (save the bed's headboard which is old with the material badly damaged- definitely needs replacing). There were teabags and coffee provided, but nothing else (not that I expected anything to be honest - I took my own breakfast). There was one double bed and a camp bed in the living area. You could not sleep four in here as the advert suggested, in fact three would really be a squeeze. A one-night business trip was my purpose and it suited that. I could perhaps stay a week if needed.

    Won't be going back

    Very Poor. Initially they couldn't find my booking and pretty uninteretsed, but redeemd the situation The double bed was broken on one side, the frame has come apart. Luckily it was just me. But the biggest issue was the front door. It coudl not be locked from the outside wwhen i left the aartment. So in effect, the apartment was left open - just push the door. Totally insecure. I could not leave anything in the apartment. Won't be going back
