Had a lovely stay Breakfast was excellent . Only negative was we where in room 111 . Which was ideal for breakfast was not so easy to get to as reception didn't tell us you had to go up to floor five walk to the end of the corridor and go into lift down to floor one . Otherwise you had to go up and down stairs to get to the room which is not ideal when you have cases.

I recently had a great experience staying at the Hotel Rui Plaza London. The hotel and room were nice and clean and during the July heatwave in London, the AC worked well to keep me cool all day long. The best perk of this hotel is its close proximity to the London Victoria Station which contains both the Victoria train station and the Victoria Underground (Tube) platforms. It's a quick and safe one minute walk to/from the hotel to Victoria Station. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Rui Plaza again.

Easy check in and one room was ready when we arrived at 12, we were emailed when 2nd room was. Rooms lovely and spacious with great bathroom. Tv options rubbish Bed lovely and comfortable, quiet and good temperature. Could have done with extra pillows as having just one was a bit low. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of options, lovely fruit, continental including rocket and avocado (not seen on usual buffets) good choice of cooked breakfast, however kids did miss hash browns. Really lovely stay in a nice area. Victoria is lovely and felt very safe, nice vibe with lovely restaurants and close to tube station and walking distance to main centre and very close to Buckingham palace through st James’ park
