Very poor service and experience.
Terrible experience. Check in, was waiting a good half hour at desks, so slow. I stayed for 2 nights, room was not serviced. When I brought it to the attention of the reception, they told me a switch was on in the room that suggested I didn't want too to be serviced, I never touched this button. I therefore told reception that I would like my room serviced, fresh towels with bar topped up. When I came back, there was a bag thrown outside my front door with towels and bottles of water thrown in it. I also had food ordered to my room there night before which was also brought to the attention of reception, told them I wanted the trays collected. Nobody ever came up so left it outside my door.
