We had a great stay myself and my daughters. We did have two rooms. Clean , good location and staff were very professional. The only negatives was the lighting in the rooms was not great and my daughters were given a room that was handicapped accessible which we did not request which was disappointing as we felt we were given the “left over room” which we purposely did not want! But didn’t say anything because we were already tired when we arrived to make a big deal!

The hotel itself is great, and the staff are all really nice and helpful. The only thing that was unfortunate was that they booked out the top floor bar nearly every night I was there, which meant there wasn't a bar available to have a drink in and unwind for the night. The closest bar is a strip club, and the next closest is around the corner and nearly a block down Brick Lane (if it's open). It'd be nice if they made the bar available to hotel patrons more consistently.

Great breakfast provided with good quality and choice. On the whole staff were very cheerful and helpful, room was nice and clean. Really quiet room, overlooking the main road so has very good soundproofing. Good location for theTower Of London, St Paul's Cathedral and river walks, not too much of a hassle to get to theatreland either.
