The Rembrandt is in an excellent position for so much of London and its sights. Its staff were notably friendly and efficient. Our bedroom was lovely and the breakfast very good. The bar whilst comfortable was dated and closed on or before 11.00 pm - not much good if you like a late drink! Overall excellent value. We would return

PROBLEM WITH RESERVATION STAFF
Very courteous staff from reception to personal in restaurant and bar. Special consideration to reception staff that help me solve problem that was not my doing because when we checked in they 6 reservations for double rooms, and I showed them that O had reserves only 3 double rooms and I had prepayed via EXPEDIA LONDON $2,800.66 equivalent to pounds 2,285.58 by printing my bank statement for that large and consequently I would reject a penalty charge for not canceling in time the other rooms that I had not booked. They say that they had one night because reservations could not dismiss the charge, to which I again said that I would reject the charge if Expedia charged that amount. As of today I have not recibe that charge so I hope the Hotel was able to fix the problem
