Great location but some things lacking
Many positives for this hotel. Location could not be better, room/Bathroom modern, staff over and beyond helpful and a beautiful rooftop restaurant/bar and free WIFI. Where this hotel fails is lack of expected basics and amenities. No closet for clothing, 3 hooks, no dresser for clothing; only two draws next to bed. Tiny space for toiletries. No Kleenex. No TV. So it’s difficult to stay here for more than a day as my clothing ends up piled on the floor!! Oh but we did have a 3 ft plastic bunny in the corner in lieu of a chair.

Great location and quality
Great location for west end, 2 mins walk from Leicester Sq tube station. Lovely room, decor is great, comfy bed. Only wish would be for a tv and coffee/tea facilities in room which would make it perfect. We took advantage of the rooftop restaurant as well, would recommend!
