We booked the "deluxe" room. Friendly desk staff and easy check in, lovely room and bathroom, nice, clean with modern fresh furnishings and enough space - everything you could need. The bed was comfy. Great location, just a short walk from the tube/shops/restaurants.

Convenient location, really helpful and friendly staff, and new, comfortable rooms (I stayed in a single without window). Close to Earl's Court with all the amenities you need, but off the main, busy road so much quieter. Would definitely stay again.

8/10 Very good

Overall a nice place at a good location in a walking distance to Earls Court station. Staff are very friendly, and rooms are okay but there is not a lot of space though. It is also good to know that there is a lot of stairs and no elevator.

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel, really close to the tube and plenty of places to eat nearby. I have stayed at this hotel on a previous trip and it doesn’t disappoint! Friendly and attentive staff. They have free water/tea/coffee in reception and I would really recommend the hot chocolate. I booked a single room which was small & basic. It was downstairs so there was no window but as I was on a work trip it was fine for my needs with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. I would stay again!

This is my second time staying here for good reason! Lovely staff, clean rooms with cold a/c and comfortable beds, down a quiet street while still close to the tube and lots of restaurants. The coffee bar downstairs is such a nice touch!
