This is my second time staying here for good reason! Lovely staff, clean rooms with cold a/c and comfortable beds, down a quiet street while still close to the tube and lots of restaurants. The coffee bar downstairs is such a nice touch!

The hotel looks EXACTLY how it does online (we find this to hardly ever be the case). The room was lovely, location was great, staff lovely, great amenities, free tea and coffee, great hot water, sparkling water and ice water taps, microwave and great fridges in the room. The shower was gorgeous as were the provided soaps and body wash. 10000% staying here again!
