The staff was helpful and accommodating. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the maid service does the dishes! The rooms are very clean and there's air conditioning and ceiling fans. The rooms are pretty basic, there's parking, and it's a quiet area a few blocks from the beach.
On the plus side, the location was nice and quiet. It was far enough away from the noisy square but close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room included a large kitchen with refrigerator and coffee maker. The bed was clean and comfortable and there was an air conditioner unit. They provided a huge jug of spring water for our stay. On the down side, the place is dated and very much showing it's age with rusty doors, peeling paint and other superficial flaws. The water was lukewarm at best and the water pressure wasn't great (we heard that's typical of this area). We had trouble with the toilet (even without flushing toilet paper down, as is recommended all over this region).
Well located , good value for money with kitchen facility/large unit. Extra amenities such as a safe and hot water in kitchen and bathroom sink would have been appreciated. Hot water is only in the shower.The only outdoor sitting area is right outside the door on narrow walkway to the units. TV is old and limited number of channels. Overall it is satisfactory for the price. It is 2 blocks from the beach.

The hotel was simple but very comfortable. The lady running the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk to the beach and we really enjoyed our stay there.
