"Overall, the hotel is beautiful, clean, and feels very safe. The facilities are well maintained, and everything looks amazing. However, the customer service for the rooms was very disappointing. Staff would knock on the door constantly without respect for privacy, which made it hard to relax. The biggest issue was with the “unlimited restaurants.” During my 4-day stay, I tried to book more than 5 different restaurants, and none ever had availability. It felt like they were offering something that guests can’t actually use. The noise level was also a problem—you can’t really sleep peacefully. Room service was extremely slow. I had to call more than 5 times just to get blankets, and it still took hours for them to arrive. In summary, while the hotel is clean and visually beautiful, the service and overall experience need serious improvement."

"Best vacation ever! I booked this trip for my fiancé for his birthday. My mom recommended this location since her and my dad stayed here. We absolutely loved it! The staff was very friendly and if we needed anything they did not hesitate to get it for us. Definitely looking forward to going back again. "

"Great resort with very attentive staff that go out of their way to make your vacation enjoyable. Rooms and resort were very clean (minus a few smelly elevators). Fitness centre was well equipped and a great size. Food was excellent at the al a carte restaurants. Would have been nice to have one or two more dining options and a better reservation system (was difficult to book for larger groups on the app). Some of our party did get ill on the last night of our stay and it seemed many others there did also. Overall a highly recommended resort at a very reasonable price. "

"There were 5 of us (2 adults 3 kids) and we went for spring break. Would highly recommend this resort for family’s! The kids club was great and it gave us my wife and I a chance to go on dates. The pools were good, they had lots of activities planned throughout the day as well. Our rooms were kept nice and clean, the food was great, and everyone was really helpful. Would definitely recommend this place! We were all sad when it was time to go"

"This property could be a 4/5 but a few key problems made our stay problematic: Extremely busy and overbooked for amount of amenities such as not enough pool chairs, long wait times for cafe, food trucks, pizza place (30-45 min) If you weren’t at the pool before 8 you would not get a chair but chairs couldn’t be reserved before 7, yet by 7 half of the chairs were gone. They removed our stuff when we went at 6am. Not having suffcient chairs for half of your guests seems like a huge miss. Dinners was another sticking point- you had to make reservations at midnight for the next 2 days and even then you could not get some restaurants. Timeshare/ prime/ diamond club is quite scammy. If you don’t have diamond club you miss out on a lot of perks- ie) you won’t get a chair, won’t be able to get to the restaurants you want etc. kids club you had to leave your child you could not stay and play with them and we were not comfortable with that so we didn’t use it Everything else is an extra charge Water park is a little sketch. Multiple people got stuck in the slides that we met. Food was decent. We did have some good meals. Very mid lots of stuff was just OK. We enjoyed the Indian restaurant and Agave the Mexican best. Staff at the pool cabanas were very good to us."

"The lazy river was wonderful. Would recommend to bring your own small floats as the ones that are provided can be hard to come by. Service was excellent. Didn’t have a bad meal the entire visit. Would definitely go back. "

"Staff was amazing throughout the property. Servers, bartenders, housekeepers, etc. Outdoor pool was huge and water temp was perfect. Restaurants were all great. If you’re looking for ocean swimming; there isn’t much available because of the coral. One thing I disliked was the amount of people throwing balls across the entirety of the pool without regard for other guests. Wish this was banned. Was hit numerous times with my kids because people think they’re athletes."
