As someone who travels for a living, this is absolutely one of the most fun and friendly places I’ve ever stayed. The staff is hard working and attentive beyond expectations. Check-in was easy and thorough, letting us use all facilities until our room was ready. The food buffets are good, especially breakfast! 2 restaurants on site are a nice option for something different. The shows at night range from good to exceptional. Pool parties and activities during the day are alway fun and entertaining. I can’t say enough about the politeness and service of the pool staff, activity organizers and bartenders. Probably because of the type of hotel this is, the guests there are some of the nicest and most genuine people I’ve encountered on any vacation. Will definitely be back!

The place is fantastic, you can enjoy the freedom of being yourself. The food is great but above all, the staff is the most amazing group of people you can find in the Mayan Riviera! They make sure your vacation are the best ever.

This resort trades on the fact that there is little to no competition in the Lifestyle Resort/Clothing Optional places to stay. As such, they charge exorbitant prices, and don't seem to even bother trying with things like food and amenities. Activities around the resort are really nothing aside from sitting around the pool and playing their trivia games. There is no indoor common areas that can be used when whether is poor 9it rained quite heavily one day). They do not promote getting off the resort and seeing Mexico, and in fact, they looked at us very strangely for booking an off resort excursion. This is a very one dimensional resort, and many of the guests are the same. If you don't buy the "Premier Club" membership, you are treated like a second class guest, and cannot even get a lounge chair around the pool, as these are booked in advance by "members". This is the lowest value for money spent I have ever experienced in my extensive travels.
