Most of the staff were friendly, and went above and beyond except a couple. Pools were great!! Beach wasn’t so inviting to swim in, only a small blue spot and everything else was dark brown. I hated waiting 5-10 mins I. The heat to be picked up to go from 1 spot to another, and with a toddler walking was limited. Decent activities throughout the day. No A/C except in rooms, which we hated especially at the restaurants.

I stayd in waves Paraiso Beach with my family. Beach nice but a lot of seaweed, sometimes very bad smell. Food ok, pool very nice , excellent equipment in gym. No place to cool off (lobby, buffet....no AC) Nice entertainment, a lot of activities. At the end , hotel has a lot to do but if you a traveler with experience upgrade to Iberostar Lindo Rivera Maya.

This was our 3rd time at Iberostar Paraiso Beach and we had a wonderful time. THE STAFF IS AMAZING... always kind, smiling, helpful and professional. Special shout out to Cristian, Alfonso, Wilian, Francisco and many many others that make this resort so very special with their wonderful demeanor and hard work. The food is excellent. Many restaurants. Endless choices. The only down side to this resort is that it is a bit older. There are no elevators. There are "shuttles" like golf carts that can give rides to restaurants, beach or back to room. THANK YOU!!!
