Sub-par probably wouldn't stay again

Although ordering a queen room I was given a twin room. The breakfast cost £15 however all that was on offer was bacon, hashbrowns and some bread. Upon leaving I requested an invoice be sent through which I did not receive. I then tried to call the hotel the subsequent day however the phone does not get picked up and then the phone line cuts out, this has occurred several times. Overall, fairly sub-par especially for the price.
