I booked via Expedia traveling from the US to Kenya , I got on property and I was denied my room because the front desk claimed they don’t have a payment method with Expedia so Expedia stole my money , I paid and I was denied a room, they stole my money , and have refused to give it back even though I did not use it , I showed proof of emails of me paying , I contacted Expedia and the agent said and they did receive the money but they’ve refused to refund it, how unprofessional is that , I had to pay for another room because it was late at night, and they won’t return the money they lied they did not receive, don’t book at this hotel , staff completely unprofessional and now they won’t return my calls or respond to Expedia while being contacted with an agent .
