"The staff were all very friendly and welcoming; always willing to help. The buffet dinners had a wide variety of choices from continental to Filipino food. My favourite was champorado with dangget. Room service was just as exceptional. We loved the truffle pasta, truffle fries and sinigang bagnet. Our bedroom was very comfortable; cleaned and tidied well everyday with a special note to take care in our outings in the rain from our room valet. The wifi was easily accessible and fast. The hotel's location had busy traffic in front but taxis can easily be flagged or Grab taxis can be called quickly. We will certainly book this hotel again next time we visit the Philippines. "

"It’s a very nice hotel, modern, new. The room is good size and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a slight smell in my room. At night, the neighbors were very loud past midnight so I think the sound proof is not great. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. I was surprised this is a 3 star not a 4 star hotel. "
