Small Hotel, not many facilities, quite basic, ok
Check-In was ok, friendly receptionist. Room clean & tidy. Had a few issues with the safe, nothing major. Cable TV limited channels, room clean not so big, limited space. The hotel is located just out side the business district of Makati, so if your using Grab, cost approx 500 PH round trip, long delays due to heavy volume of traffic. Next time I would prefer a hotel closer to the city for convenience.

Overall had a pleasant stay. Check in was smooth and the staff even helped me with getting from the airport at 1:30am! Check out was a little less smooth? I had spoken to one of the staff the night before about checking out late but in the morning, I was not only texted on WhatsApp that my check out was at 11, normal time, but also got knocks on my door by someone that didn’t know that I had gotten a late check out for 12… That was quite annoying. Location was a bit out of the way for me but everything else was great and I would come back!
