Breakfast buffet is amazing. in our 2nd night got a little bit problem coz the aircon in our room was leaked. I call the front deck to informed about the leakage after a few minutes one of the staff came to checked the aircon. all the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I can recommend this hotel to my Friend 👍

I don’t recommend staying at this property. Rooms are not sound proof, it’s very noisy even on high floors. They gave us a room with a twin bed instead of a queen bed (which we booked) and told us the hotel was full. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Manila and around the world, so far this has been the worst experience!

i waited for the check in time as they said they don’t have rooms available. i was given welcome drinks voucher and decided to check in at later time. i understand that rooms are not guaranteed your requested room but i signed in earlier expecting the room category that i specified would be given to me since they don’t want to check me in at earlier time. The room they have is not that spacious. good for one would be only be good for one person. I tried to ask for 2 separate bed since i’am more comfortable with that but they said i have to pay extra. so meh! it was just an over night but i don’t think i’d go back maybe i’d look for another hotel
