Scrap it and start over!!
I never give bad reviews unless they're warranted and this one is Warranted!! I stayed in room 3201 and there was a constant smell of mildew, there was mold present and visible. The pool is a Hazard not an Amenity, the room service forgets what you need upon hanging up the phone. I could go on and on but won't but in closing I will not paying in advance anymore on Hotels.com because if I didn't do so I would've turned around and left immediately after walking into 3201. It was just GROSS, SMELLY and YUCK but I had a non-refundable reservation so Never again. P.S. They had biting critters in the bed.... I don't know if they were bedbugs but they had teeth for sure!! 10-12 noticeable marks!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The site isn't letting me upload photos but otherwise I would've included a few good ones to give you an idea of the level of disgust I describe.
