Hotel staff were the best asset of the hotel. Courteous, welcoming and fast to response with request. I really appreciate that I was allowed an early check-in and they are quick to assist me with my luggages. A BIG plus for a weary traveler. Communication on line regarding my room request was answered in a timely manner. Room looks like newly renovated and spacious enough. I feel like the room needs more lighting. Changing some of the light bulb to Daylight type will bring more life to the room. Cleanliness could be improve. I accidentally drop my socks in between the tables. Had to move it and found plenty of dust and other stuff that got trapped. Table was heavy so housekeeping may need an extra hand. Management please pay attention as it’s a letdown. The towels were plush.The hotel restaurant is a life saver as it rained most of the time during my 2 day stay. Improvement in Food flavor could make dining experience great. 7-11 is located nearby and Robinsons Mall is 2 blocks away which is a big plus again. Safe inside the room adds a level of security on valuables. Over all I had a great stay.

Flew in from US. Rented a Van that was able to be parked, though first come first serve, fits about 8-12 spots. Stayed for 2 days. Had 2 double bed hotels. Both very clean! One shower head holder kind of broke on 1, air conditioning was 8/10. The other was in better condition with air conditioning 10/10. Overall, a bit tight in the hallways. There's a bar and a place to get hotel priced food which I'm sure was good. Bathroom had 2 large towels, bubble bath soap, soap bar, toothbrush/paste, shampoo. Great value for the price with nice helpful staff. Indeed would rate as a 3-star hotel.
