Convenient, Clean, New.
Great Hotel. Stone throw from GreenBelt 1's Entrance that leads to GB3 etc. The only thing that I find missing is the water pressure. Not strong enough and thus making the shower experience a bit lacking. This place is only about 4 years old apparently.

Pleasant surprise
It was a pleasant surprise. Everything was perfect: comfort, service, neighborhood. The room also had a water purifier - i just had to refill my own water bottle. Bathroom was spacious, I think fit for a PWD (also has a bidet which is a must for people who aren’t satisfied of toilet paper) I would definitely come back. Only thing I have a comment on would be the lingering “wet carpet” smell along the hall way. Maybe an industrial strength wet-dry vacuum cleaner with disinfectant?

The location is amazing. We felt safe with the appropriate security check. We must say the special dish prepared for breakfast buffet is a surprise to us and is delicious. Worth the good rating.

Superb Hotel for the $$$
Everytime I go to Manila for business, I stay at this hotel. The staff are attentive, the rooms are modern and clean, and the location is extremely convenient. It is right across the street from Green Belt, where there are tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. Area feels quite safe at night. I've stayed at the other hotels in the area and none of them can beat Makati Diamon Residences for the money. My only complaint is the breakfast/food options at the hotel is average but they give you the option of eating elsewhere for breakfast with their Dining card, which is loaded everyday with credit to more than a handful of restaurants nearby. Two thumbs up from a frequent business traveler.

Best Value for money in Makati
I am a regular visitor to the Makati Diamond hotel and cant recommend it enough. Serious 5 star quality and service in the heart of Makati. Probably the best value for money in Makati. Be mindful that this is a residence more than a hotel so it lacks somewhat in the restaurant. That said huge amount of restaurants across the road in Greenbelt.
