As always, the staff was reliably friendly and helpful. The room decor is a just a bit dated, but clean and well-maintained. Great breakfast buffet and workout facility. This is my main go-to whenever visiting Makati.

The staff were always so friendly, attentive and helpful. I have stayed at other hotel in the Makrati area and from now forward, it will only be this one. The pool is excellent, as is the breakfast and spa. The lobby is great for candid work meetings as well. The room is spacious and clean.

I have lived in Manhattan my entire life and find this hotel to be not only a luxury hotel, but one that keeps on top of everything that is important - customer service/friendliness, eco-friendly, even the largest vegan menu I have seen in a hotel. Everything is focused on the hotel guest having the best away-from-home experience.

Had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Celebrated New Years at the Roof top with all the fireworks Breakfast buffet was excellent and dining staff are always very inviting. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful Mr. Frank (concierge) was very helpful in assisting us on our tours. The tour guide he recommended (Marvin) was fantastic.
