Estancia de 1noche
Fui a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hermana, solo una noche. En general nuestra experiencia fue buena. Los únicos detalles es que al llegar se tardaron un poco en atendernos con el auto, en la habitación algunos muebles estaban un poco sucios. Las amenidades que brindan en la habitación son básicas, sí hay plancha, secadora de cabello, jabón, shampoo y refrigerios. Gracias a la preferencia de Expedia, Dyron nos atendió excelente y nos ayudó con la reservación de la cena. Felipe, también concierge de Expedia, nos asistió en reservarnos el cuarto de hospitalidad para poder disfrutar un rato más del hotel después de nuestro check-out. El único inconveniente que tuvimos, después de hacer check-out, fue que un bar tender de la alberca de adultos se portó de manera algo altanera al exigirnos nuestro pase de salida para poder atendernos y dar nuestras bebidas, el pase de salida es de papel y estando dentro de la alberca es complicado llevarlo a la mano, por lo que recomiendo que pongan un brazalete especial para aquellos huéspedes que hacen check out y sigan disfrutando de las instalaciones hasta las 5pm sin problemas de este tipo.

La pasamos muy bien y todo estuvo excelente, sin embargo fuimos a pasar el grito de México y no se festejó sino hasta el lunes 16 de septiembre hicieron una noche mexicana, cuando lo debieron hacer ayer, no regresaremos para festejar el 15 de septiembre a este hotel, hemos estado en varios y este es el único hotel que nos ha tocado que no lo festejan 😳😢 pero todo lo demás excelente como siempre

The place was nice, clean and staff was nice as well. Everything was good except for the fact that you have to make reservations in order to eat at the restaurants in the hotel. It shouldnt be that way. The process of making the reservations was shockingly harder then they make it seem. Its supposed to be through their app but theres almost always no time/availability. They should just let the guests walk in and follow first come first serve. Again, the place was clean but specifically their showers should be cleaned more often. First night there I had to rinse my shower of what seemed to be an orange substance. After rinsing most of it, it was okay to use. The staff was amazingly sweet! Food and drinks were amazing. We enjoyed our stay! Rooms were beautiful.

The property was clean and in a safe area. The beach was expansive and swimmable. Plenty of seating & lounge areas. The room was large with plenty of amenity options for an upgrade & $$. We noticed many areas with leaking roofs. At one point maintenance even came into our room to fix the shower which was leaking onto the floor below and our screen door that fell of the hinges. Elevators sometimes worked in our building. None of these things affected our stay in the warm sun.

Dining options was horrible the food terrible especially the hibachi restaurant, the steak house was a joke you better off getting a good steak from the buffet. The staff at the beach unprofessional,bartender at time seem confuswd and not polite.Room service took for ever to deliver, one day we waiting over 2 hours.The rooms have no Irons and on the first day I requested one and never received one.

On the walking on the resort I would suggest golf cart it would add nice revenue to the property. imagine the tips. I would add taco trucks people stay out late and want quick food available this has become very popular. This could also add a lot of revenue.

Not enough restaurants to chose from and hotel so huge and small restaurants. The app wouldn’t even let me make no reservation which was frustrating. Resort is a 5 star but needs plenty of upgrades to do especially the rooms.

The elevators were not working properly. I had to walk to one end and then walked the other end to get to my room. I also couldn’t make any reservations on my app and went to the front and they kept telling me to do the app and wait. Moises bartender from the adult pool was amazing. The property is beautiful and has access to the beach. The food however at the restaurants is not good. The buffet was okay but after a few days you get tired of the same options. The staff is ver friendly and accommodating. The room was clean but had a mildew smell. For these prices I would expect better.
