It’s a beautiful hotel. Everything was very clean and super cute. My only complaints are small. The vanity lights didn’t work, and the “fridge” was not cold at all. I wish we would’ve known they can provide a crib for you before we packed ours!
The hotel is wonderful but it’s not kids friendly
This hotel is still fairly new and has that up to date feel There was no beach access. I suspect due to recent hurricanes. Overall everything was excellent. Except They need to sound proof the door. Too much noise comes in from the passageway. It should be fixable. I got a good rate so that compensated this minor irritation
Lovely hotel, rooms were amazing! The staff was very pleasant. However, due to COVID the restaurants and bars closed early and there was no beach access from the hotel. They provided alternative beach access to a beach club nearby.
Check-in takes too long. Elevators are not near rooms that are located far from lobby, you waste a lot of time walking to rooms or out of hotel because exits and elevators are location too far.

Excellent Customer service. Staff is extremely nice and very helpful. The resort was very clean and well-kept. All our needs was met, even with the COVID -19 the staff did a great job at making our stay still feel like vacation.
We love the property.. everything is closed to the hotel . The beach. The pool closed to 5th ave. where all the night clubs are at. The service from beginning to end is fantastic.. is very secure we felt very safe. We would use the pool at 3am and security guard would be taking care of us.. we Loved it! We will reserved again for sure. The staff is great. Hotel food is delicious 😋 but i would suggest to look into vegetarian/vegan food. There is not a lot of choices. Thanks to all the staff for such great service.. Playa del Carmen ‘2020!
