Paid by credit card. When I went to check out, the person at the desk asked for payment in cash. I said I already paid and showed him the receipt. He said to pay him cash to "help him out". I said no. Then he said he didn't have a system set up to receive payments from expedia. Fine. Paid cash and immediately called Expedia to explain that I was charged twice. It's been about a month and I've yet to receive a refund from expedia. Also, they hold your passport when you check in.
