We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very attentive, especially Alex the concierge. We had many questions, as it was our first stop/city in Vietnam and he was so kind and helpful. We were heading off to ninh binh after Hanoi, and Alex helped us arrange a bus to get there. Hanoi is a very busy and noisy city, and the hotel is tucked in the alleys slightly away from the chaos. The room windows are completely sealed so we did not hear any of the street noise, it was amazing. We rented a scooter from the hotel and it was convenient to travel to all the popular locations. We would highly recommend staying here.

Overall, it’s great value for money. We got a great room that was clean. The facilities are also very good. The service is really worth mentioning; from the reception to housekeeping, they work really hard but with a smile. Big shoutout to Sophie from the front desk!
