We had a very nice time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a cruise on Ha Long Bay/Lan Ha Bay, which were very convenient and the cruise itself was very lovely. They do also have plenty of great recommendations to the rest of the city if you’re in need of af good place to eat, spent time or even get a haircut.

Sweet place to stay in old town. The other reviews don't lie, so don't really have much to add! We enjoyed how we were treated and the help and information we got. All staff members were absolutely great and welcoming. Only issue in the room was the safe being locked, so not possible to use, didnt ask to get it fixed either, as it felt more than safe here!! Thanks for having us, we would love to stay again!

We loved being able to book excursions directly through them. There was never a glitch to the plans, our names always on a 'list', drivers on time, greeters everywhere. The perfect hotel to stay in the old quarter. The staff are excellent, thankyou to Emma, Anna, Linda and David plus all the other staff! We have stayed here a few times and the standard is always great. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and had everything we needed. They also organised a great tour for us to Cao Bang and this was amazing. We can’t wait to come back, thankyou!
