Check-in was smooth and reception was very helpful showing the location of the hotel in relation to the Hanoi Old Quarter, some places of interest and local food/restaurants. Room is clean but a bit disappointed with the balcony rooms, we booked 3 balcony rooms at a higher rate but the balconies are facing the neighbour that we can touch the wall of the neighbour.
