Comfortable stay at Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel
It was an amazing experience in staying at Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel. Hotel staffs are very helpful and accommodating. We had an early morning flight so we had to leave early from the hotel around 6 am. Their usual breakfast start at 7 am. But they were so nice to prepare early breakfast for us at 6 am. Rooms were clean and cozy. Highly recommended.

I strongly recommend the stay in this hotel when in Hanoi. It is a small hotel with about 10 units. I have a free upgrade of 3 nites. The room is spacious, very clean and neat and beautifully furnished. All the service staff is very courteous and always with smile on their faces. What impressed me is how they will go extra mile to help. They went to help me to get a SIM card from a shop and even assist me to install. The hotel manager Mr Tom is very knowledgeable and patient, and shared with me in depth the history of Vietnam. The best part of the stay is the breakfast. Everyday you are given a menu with whole range of international food, and the food ordered will be freshly and deliciously cooked. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Excellent second home.
Staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived to the day we departed. The hotel is located far from the noises of old quarter streets. Many thanks to all the staff for their hospitality.

Very helpful staff.
Our room was fabulous with beautiful balcony, the breakfast was very generous, but most of all Tom and him staff were the most helpful we've found in Vietnam. And that is saying a lot since we have encountered so many wonderful people. They bend over backwards to accommodate guests with luggage storage, a changing room if needed, even an earlier check-in. The location was perfect and Tom helped plan out our time in Hanoi.

Cute, very central hotel with nice staff.
Exceptionally friendly staff. Great location in the Old Quarter. They got us a taxi to the airport at 06:00 and packed us breakfast to take away. Cute room in good shape. Great bathroom. Complementary shampoo and shower gel, good A/C. Large breakfast buffet and menu (western and Vietnamese food) and good quality.

Good location and lovely hotel.
Hanoi was our last stop on our tour of Vietnam. We checked in for 1 night and went to see the Water Puppet Show. The receptionist very kindly got the bell boy to purchase our tickets. We were upgraded to a Executive room and received a complimentary cake and fruit as we were celebrating our anniversary. Lovely hotel. Left our baggage with reception when went on our overnight tour of Halong Bay. Very helpful staff.

A cheap and nice hotel
The hotel is located at a small lane but within the busy old quarter. The room that I stayed is spacious and clean. The wifi is good. The breakfast is adequate.

Great experience for first time in Hanoi.
I loved this hotel for its cleanliness, courteous staff and size of the rooms! It's location was great (in the old quarter, close to the lake) - lots of shopping and food options close by. The front-desk staff greeted us each time we returned from our adventures and the porter was quick to open the door for you. The complimentary breakfast had sufficient variety and made great omelet or pho soup. I really liked the wood furniture in the breakfast room and the hotel rooms. We were placed on the third floor, facing the street during our initial stay here. I was concerned about the noise-level, however, with the windows closed, it was not too bad - especially at night and in the early morning as traffic subsided. We stayed at the same hotel on our return from our 10-day tour of Northern Vietnam and were placed on the sixth floor. Same big room, but quieter. I would recommend that you ask for a room at a higher level if you are very sensitive to street noises. If I was to return to Hanoi, I would definitely return to the Lotus Boutique Hotel. It is a great value for your money and quite pleasant.

Very kind staff and good hotel.
Staff was cheerful and very helpful. Receptionist provided us with lots of relevant information about Hanoi, Vietnam. Manager Tomtom was very welcoming and answered any questions you had. The room was great, clean, comfort, city view and has all the basics that you'd expect in a hotel. When we saw we had one big bed instead of twin beds we asked for a change and were upgraded a room at the top floor with an amazing view. Breakfast is great. Service was excellent. Location was good, you can walk to anywhere from the Old Quarter.

Good staff
Everything - if you are staying in Hanoi and not staying here, then it must be booked out. Tom, Ana, and all other staff, were the friendliest I have ever met in all my years travelling. Well done team.
