Door on room needs to be pulled very hard to properly lock. Watch out for this so someone doesn’t have access to your room. Clean, good bed, great location. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Pool was too cold to use but looked nice.

So so only. Although clealiness is very good, how the toilet bow was bad, keep having problem flushing out. Also there is no "Do not disturb" sign at the door, every morning the cleaner will press door bell to wake you up, then they will try open the door when you are slow to response !

Hotel nella media, più vicino ad un tre stelle. Ok se si spende 50 euro a notte non di più. Colazione nella media. Piscina molto piccola rispetto alle foto (grandangolo) ottimo per una notte senza pretese se trovate costo consono. Lo staff gentile e disponibile una cosa che apprezzo sempre in Vietnam. Skønt lille hotel i den gamle bydel. Virkelig god service fra alle ansatte og en super dejlig morgenmad på stedet. Hotellet ligger midt i Hanois gamle kvarter og med kort afstand til alt det man gerne vil se og gøre i byen. Kan klart anbefales.

The hotel rooms are new and modern with great AC and very comfortable beds. The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Hanoi. There were a few things we really didn’t like, the staff and cleaners seemed to congregate outside our room at 6:30/7am and shout and talk extremely loudly. Even after I’d spoken to reception about this issue it still happened, I went out to them and asked if they could keep it down but they still persisted. Very unprofessional and rude to customers. The general sound proofing of the room was awful we could hear every shut door and bathroom sink. We would stay here again but the staff need to learn to be more professional.

A very comfortable hotel in a great location, moments from the Water Puppets Theatre. Right in the heart of the city, easy access to the Night Market and Train Market. The only slight niggle was our City View room looked over an alleyway to an adjacent building (see photo) Good pool on the roof.
