From the checkin with Jesus to the restaurant staff to housekeeping everyone was so attentive and kind! The amenities were perfect and getting the rooftop suite with plunge pool was perfect for my bday weekend! Food was always fresh complimentary bkfst was more than enough. 5 stars is not enough for this beautiful oasis. The property is absolutely gorgeous with a boho tropical vibe. The food is fresh, flavorful and healthy. My room offered a private rooftop pool that overlooks the sea. However, my favorite part of this location was the fabulous staff. Thank you to everyone, especially Jesus, Oscar, Miguel, and Javier. I appreciate all of you for treating me like I was VIP and making my birthday so special.

I have sent a separate email, but I wanted to draw attention to some of my main concerns regarding Nerea. The photos on your website and Google reviews did not reflect the actual look of the property. The beach was rocky, the water was full of seaweed, and the docks were in disrepair. Unfortunately, we had to leave Tulum early due to an emergency, however, we do not think we would have stayed for the entire booking at all. Thank you for your time.

Although it's relatively small, we loved how quiet and secluded we felt on the property. The pool is wonderful and snakes its way through the resort, and you're only a few steps from the private beach. The rooms were spacious and clean, and having a balcony with a view of both the pool and beach was amazing.

Our stay was just wonderful! The staff in the hotel is just amazing! They take care of their guests and help to get reservations for whatever you need to make your trip as smooth as possible. Totally recommended! Thank you Isabel and Jesús for being so nice and kind. Food from the restaurant is really delicious and fresh totally worth it (the staff in the restaurant is really nice as well).
