An Oasis - Best Staff, Location and Value!
Fantastic value. Hanoi is an expensive city and this comfortable new oasis fits the bill! Super comfy beds, the LOVELIEST most helpful staff. Housekeeping team is so sweet as well as the front desk. We used Hanoi as a base for part of our trip to Vietnam, coming and going over the course of a few weeks. Every time we stayed in Hanoi, we stayed at Fiesta, and I'm so glad we did. The hotel is clean and very nice, the beds are soft, the complimentary breakfast is delicious, and most importantly, the staff are friendly and helpful. It's also in a great location in the Old Quarter. I would highly recommend Fiesta to anyone staying in Hanoi.
