Thankful for the staff
Me an my family of 7 stayed in 3 different rooms for a week. We appreciated the daily cleaning service because once we got back from a tiring activity, we could relax well. I was grateful for all the staff that served us. I'm not sure our stay would have been wonderful without their dedication. We plan to come back next time we visit Cancun.

Terrible stay
I would not recommend this hotel. Hotel is middle of nowhere. No top shelf drinks. The service is terrible, servers have attitude and don’t ask if you need anything even after given a tip. Upon check in we tried to make reservations for dinner and everything was reserved for the first 3 nights we were there (so when does someone make a reservation?) we had to eat buffet the first 3 nights. The food is mediocre at best. There were ants on the beach and in our balcony (no we didn’t eat in the balcony). Cherry on top- we had a do not disturb sign on our door and our room was still cleaned. The best part about the stay was the kids activities (pool and kids club was amazing and our daughter had a blast).

The resort had very good amenities, minus maybe a tennis court. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The condition of the property was fairly new. Lots of good food options...make your reservations as early as possible. Would definitely visit again.

Resort is beautiful and rooms are good but didn't like bathroom and beds have transparency. Glasses as partitions didn't help. No exhaust fan is big issue. Looks good but not great for 2 beds room, need curtain because for every small thing I had to go to bathroom for changing clothes, or for quick private things. No transportation provided from entrance to door of Resort and it is toooo much inside from main road. I felt taxi service we took from Resort had resort commission as they were giving us more price then what taxi driver was offering. Our stay at Hilton Cancun was absolutely fantastic. We want to give special recognition to Manager Edwin, whose attention to detail and care for guests was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Additionally, Chef Ruben truly elevated our experience. he made sure to accommodate any request with a smile. The entire staff at Hilton Cancun deserves praise. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to make our stay memorable. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or the restaurant teams, their dedication to providing top-tier service was evident. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful pools, well-maintained grounds, and breathtaking views. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, and the all-inclusive aspect made it easy to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, Hilton Cancun exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you to Edwin, Ruben, and the entire team for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to return!

The Hotel is new and rooms are spacious. We were in a room that had a shared door with neighboring room, we could hear them clearly and although the area around hotel is beautiful and quiet, during our 4 nights stay we woke up at 6 am to the noise from the room beside us. Other than that everything was perfect.
