Had an excellent stay at the shangri-la and will continue to use them during my future visits to Taipei. All the staff were polite and provided excellent service.The hotel rooms were large and had good amneties. The hotel is not centrally situated but it has a train station nearby around 5 to 10 minutes walk. All in all, worth the stay however there is one feedback which I will not deduct a star for as it is relatively minor. Please shangri-la, get better hair dryers.

Top convenience without the crowd like in TP main station or XMT. Staff always greet us with a smile & helpful. BF is decent & it is sweet touch to have snacks & beverages in the lounge until 11pm. Room is clean & spacious. Bedding is on the medium hard side which is not to our liking. An addt'l topper may...
