Clean and comfortable stay overall. The room was simple but tidy, and I really appreciated the snacks, coffee and tea available in the lobby, as well as the shared space where we could sit together and enjoy takeout. The staff were efficient and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room was very cold and could not be adjusted to a lower setting, but the staff were happy to provide an extra blanket when I asked. I would consider staying here again for the good service and convenient common area.

It's simple,family friendly environment, clean, safe, accessible to local shops. Would like to say thank you to the gentelman staff who welcome us on our arrival to the hotel last 22nd of May at 9:00 and he was the one on duty when we left the click Hotel taipei main branch around 7pm. Great Hotel Except for Thin Walls

I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The bed was comfy, the rooms were nice, there's lots of thoughtful touches, and there's even a deep tub in the large bathroom. The only minus is the thin walls: I could hear a man yelling at his crying child next door; and they kept the TV playing all night and into the early morning.

This hotel is fine. It's not great. I was there for 5 days and and the dryer was only operational for 1. The wifi was terrible. If you need to do work in your room you were lucky to get 10 minutes of connectivity. The lobby internet was better. The location is the best thing about it. Very close to the main train station.
