The hotel is located in an old building combined with other offices, which looks very old from the outside, but the room floors and hotel’s reception are new and renovated. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower was great, and the location was excellent.

The room was a great size, suitable for a sole traveller or couple. The bed was a little firm, however, that's unfortunately expected throughout most of Asia, in my experience. I loved that the hotel is perfect for families with little ones and adults as well. Overall loved my stay due to the perfect location and responsiveness of staff as I was lost trying to find my way out of Taipei Main Station. The instant coffee was the best in out of all my stays. Overall, the staff were really helpful including the cleaning staff. I'll be back to Taipei and will stay here again.
