⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Exceptional Stay at Hotel du Lac Signature, Hanoi
I had an amazing experience at Hotel du Lac Signature in Hanoi. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality truly elevated my stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern interiors and a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch, offering everything you would expect from a 5-star property. I especially loved the spa—peaceful, luxurious, and the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. Their onsen in the Travel Package is a must try with spacious jazccuzi, sauna and the special herbal soaks.
My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, making it easy to settle in and enjoy every moment. The central location also made it convenient to reach many of Hanoi’s attractions.
Overall, Hotel du Lac Signature exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and exceptional service in the heart of Hanoi!"
"Loved this hotel. The staff were awesome - especially Anh who recommended great places to eat and visit in Hanoi and other places. Also Henry was very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop bar was awesome - we went up 3 times even when we were staying at another hotel the following week."
"The staff in this hotel are excellent, so kind and friendly and will go out of their way to do anything to make you feel welcome. The location is perfect just a short stroll to the lake or anywhere in the old quarter. It's such a busy place but you fel away from all the hustle and bustle of the street. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay here again on our next trip. "
"Everything was great! The breakfast was tasty, the location was very central, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Angela was especially nice, thank you for the great stay."
"Very friendly staff at reception and the restaurant. Clean ample rooms. Largely well equipped, however, poor western news programming - no BBC or CNN although listed in the TV brochure. Excellent restaurant menu and service.
The only drawback is the area; very busy, smelly hard to walk, practically no sidewalks and unbelievable traffic. Must get picked up and dropped off at the hotel, however, Reception staff will help with that too!!"
"The staff Anna and Da were very nice people. The hotel is old and has molds but is being covered with scents that gave me a headache. The room we were given was on second floor though my priorities are always higher floor, thus it was very nice at night and early morning. Our sleep was interrupted. The breakfast was good but same choices everyday."
