Give all information to guests,
The location great, The staff is very pleasant, now negative- beds can feel springs not so comfy, car park they forgot to tell me I had to go to attendant for discount so payed almost 60 for 1.5 days, plus also forgot to mention your locked out of car park till 7. Not cool. Let to late departure in tun made reall bad traffic, and almost missed flight. My suggestion is to inform staff or give imfo when stamping parking tickets. Plus invest in new mattresses.

Dont stay here
Everything about this hotel needs to be updated. The mattresses, furniture and carpet in our room were very old and worn. The hot and cold faucets in the bathroom sink were set so far apart that you couldn't even run both at the same time to make warm water to wash your hands. My thought about hotel rooms is that i dont usually spend a lot of time in the room so i dont need anything fancy but this room was exceptionally poor. I found it very depressing to spend any time at all in this dark and dusty room.

The hotel was fine. We were delighted with the upgrade as it was our wedding night near by. It is a shame to say after the upgrade but staff seemed reluctant to engage on any of the days we stayed there. barely said hello in the mornings, when struggling with bringing items in or out of the door no one would even hold it open. No hot water in many of the rooms on Saturday morning. It could be a charming hotel with some inject on the room decor and a lot of interest from staff to engage with customers.

Old hotel at in heart of Dublin
Great location, as the name suggests. However, for sure this hotel requires a good renovation. Old bed and two-tap water (separate hot and cold water taps) system do not look fine in 21st century.

Stayed 1 night. Was too loud being near bars. Also found a box of condoms behind the bedside locker
