Always a good stay
We have stayed here several times now ans it is always our first choice when flying from Heathrow. Staff are super friendly, ambience is cool. For the first time we had a couple of issues, firstly the carpark was overflowing but there were attendants pointing out spaces to new arrivals. Secondly we had a flashing bulb in our bathroom, wouldn't be a problem except i have epilepsy. We spoke to reception and they offered to change our room as they couldn't say when maintenance would fix it, i chose to stay in the room...too tired to pack up everything! We went for drinks and a meal in Icons, all of which was fabulous as usual and shortly after returning to our room maintenance arrived and replaced the bulb. Wewere very impressed with the service.

Stay here, is good.
Fantastic room and very clean. There was a bit of a cigarette smell when I came in, I blasted the vent for 2 hrs, and it was mostly gone. Spa and pool need some tender loving care. Felini restaurant 3.5/5. The breakfast what you expect, probably the best dahl in the UK of my whole trip.

Very disappointed
I was really disappointed with the stay. Despite it's proximoty to Heathrow, the hotel is a twenty-pound taxi ride from the airport, so not very convenient. Early check-in was not possible, which was also annoying but not a deal-breaker. The actual deal-breaker was the food I ordered in the pub, which was part-frozen. I was polite in pointing this out, and the meal was very reluctantly replaced with no apologies. While in the room, I tried to call both front desk and room service numerous times, but nobody ever answered the phone. This happened on both days I was there. Check-in was a labor and took about 45 minutes. The shower in my room was blocked. I was traveling with a child who took the first shower and didn't notice. Water went everywhere and made a general mess. The pool was not very warm and only 3.5 feet at its deepest. The hotel was very understaffed and likely for that reason, the hotel staff were generally unhelpful. I will say that the breakfast buffet was pretty great and the room was very clean. Everything else was really disappointing.
