Nice hotel, excellent location.
It was very nice, clean and smells wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Nate :). The location very convenient to go anywhere by bus, walking (our case) or in tube. A very good experience! The only thing the hotel is a little bit pricey and the rooms are a little too compact. (be aware thet some rooms have not windows)

Excellent location, perfect for sightseeing. Pity you can’t check in until 4pm & then have to be out by 11am - if you’re only staying for 1 night you don’t enjoy much time in room but we were here to explore so it was ok. Rooms are well equipped & had a great view of Thames. Would definitely recommend

Great hotel and staff. Construction outside.!!
The hotel was great, no complaints at all. However there is major building works going on outside, and this was not communicated to us in advance. Our room overlooked the works, which continued into Saturday and woke us up. But disappointing to not be offered a room facing away from the works. Fortunatwly we were only there for 2 nights and there was no works on the Sunday. Had I been staying any longer I would have asked for a room change as the roomsare not sound proof.

The room was small.. but that was expected...however there were a few things that need to be looked at. Storage was poor ...whatever little there was was not accessible due to bad planning .. bathroom sink too close to bathroom cabinet therefore really hard to use without being careful not to hit your head. Bed too soft for me...however reception staff were great.
