Excellent hotel and great service
We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Gresham for a family birthday celebration. The service was wonderful, there were always more than enough staff, around especially in the busy food and beverage dept. They were friendly and efficient. The only downside is the hotel is undergoing extensive refurbishments so some of the areas are dusty and noisy. I was lucky enough to be in one of the "new" rooms and I could see from other members of my family's rooms...they are in need of updating. The Gresham is in a great location and I would definitely stay there again.

Awful experience
Good location. The room was modern and well appointed but it’s location required two lifts and backed onto a service road for it and other businesses. A lot of noise at night with trucks, deliveries, bins being moved about and building work taking place. Awful service one day when the breakfast manager confronted me by challenging where I was sat, given I’d been sat there by a colleague of his. Rude and unapologetic when I spoke with him. No response from the hotel.
