I stayed in an uncleaned room. the first thing I noticed was the bin hadn't been emptied from the previous guest. Then I found the toilet unflushed, a glass in the bathroom used and makeup around the sink and no toiletries other than a used soap bar. It was clear that the bed was fresh and new and as I was settled stayed the night and told reception in the morning. They apologised, emptied the bin and later dropped in some shower gel etc. The sink remained uncleaned from last resident. On the second morning the shower was also cold. I waited a while and got enough warm water for a very short shower. A clean room, comfy bed and warm shower is really all I need and they failed on 2/3 of these.
sink had not been cleaned since last resident and there were no other toiletries other than the used soap they left behind.
Glass in bathroom had also been left unwashed.
