Lovely Ryokan visit
Amazing hospitality. We loved the whole vibe of a ryokan hotel. Strolling around the property in kimono was very relaxing. Having private balcony onsen was also amazing! Our only issue was the quality of meat received at the Japanese grill restaurant. One day is was great. The next day, the same cuts of meat were much tougher.

Beautiful stay.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with top notch service. The onsen is incredible. The dinner was mid, at best. Not worth the money, in my opinion.

A true White Glove service!
A true 5-star service. This hotel is very catered for tourists, everyone can speak English and info is well translated. Hotel is well maintained. Service is excellent. Buffet breakfast has an extensive selection of food choices. But it felt a little too crowded. Would be nice if there is a table service option available. Overall a very enjoyable experience that I would recommend.

Beautiful property! The kaiseiki meal was top notch, the onsens were beautiful. I just wish the inside baths could have differing temperatures instead of having similar temperatures (would have been nice if one was even hotter).

Amazing hotel with spectacular views! Loved the private onsen in my room, and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
