I assumed the hotel restaurant best to prebook early with accommodation. Caused we want to book for next day dinner upon arrived but was told fully booked, and there is no other menus for in-room service (dining). Alsohotel dont provide iron and iron board for us to iron our cloths.

Nice onsen and several course dinner. Property is dated but maybe that’s typical for a ryoken. Checkin was easy.

10/10 Exceptional

Hotel exterior and interior appear to be updated compared to other properties nearby, glad I booked here. The room I stayed in was Japanese tatame floor style, view of river, roomy area compared to other similar ryokan-style properties. The most memorable feature was the breakfast, the food was great with Western and Japanese cuisine available. The staff from restaurant, cleaning and reception were great as expected. The hot springs (onsen) was clean and as pictured, they interchange to men/women baths during the day which is great, you can experience all baths if staying longer. The only thing but not concerning about the property, the area is very quiet and boring, nothing to do after 8pm. I would come back here again, thanks for your business!
