6/10 Good

Close to the train station - 5 min by taxi. Shuttle also provided for certain hours which is good. Staff was friendly and provided prompt service. Reception area is really nice and open. Liked the Ryokan setup. Glad five of us could stay in one room. Great view of a wooded area with river in the back. However, though we were asked what time our beds needed to be made and we gave the time, the beds were not ready and we had to call someone. Also, toilet did not have a fan which made it kind of stuffy.
